Magical Math Rocks
Hi, I’m Eleanor, the creator behind Magical Math Rocks. I’m a fellow gamer and I play Dungeons and Dragons every weekend. I started playing when I was very young, playing with 3rd edition. Now I play 5th edition mainly with some other RPG systems sprinkled in for good measure.
Being a dice dragon excites me and I have been collecting pretty click clacks for many years. There’s just something about dice. They feel so nice in the hand and you never know how they will fall so there is always that intrigue.
Because of this passion, I decided on creating my own unique designs. I invested in advanced equipment to ensure that I could make really great quality dice. Firstly I created my own silicone molds from my own custom master dice sets. The dice are cast from two-part epoxy resin and I use a pressure pot to ensure the dice are bubble-free. This is when the fun really starts by adding mica powder, alcohol ink, gold/silver or copper leaf, flowers, leaves, mylar, foil and so much more to create magical sets of dice.
I’m an avid Dungeons and Dragons gamer, I have the experience of rolling dice so I understand that the balance of them is important. Every single die is hand-sanded and polished and inspected for flaws so that I can absolutely guarantee the quality. As a gamer myself, I know how important it is.
Knowing that other gamers like myself can have so much enjoyment from playing with my dice is my main motivation. I only make dice that I myself would want to use.
